Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Policy

At LicenseTube, we provide digital licenses that are activated instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of these digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a license is issued and activated on your server, it cannot be "returned" or reversed.

2. Why Are Licenses Non-Refundable?

• Licenses are digitally activated on your server instantly upon purchase.
• Once activated, the license key is bound to your server IP and cannot be deactivated for a refund from the upstream providers (cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, etc.).
• The cost of licensing is incurred by LicenseTube at the moment of activation.

3. No Free Trials

We do not offer free trials for any of our licensing products. We recommend reviewing the product specifications, requirements, and compatibility carefully before completing your purchase. Our support team is available 24/7 to answer any pre-purchase questions.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same license.
• Technical Failure on Our End: If a license was never delivered or activated due to a system error on our part.

In such cases, you must contact support within 24 hours of the transaction with proof of the issue.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Licenses

You may cancel recurring (monthly) licenses at any time through your client portal. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. The license will remain active until the end of the paid period.
