Strict Digital Policy: Non-Refundable License Provisioning
All software licenses and automated provisioning orders issued by LicenseTube are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible once issued to your server IPv4. Please review the technical details below prior to submitting an order.
1. Why Are Licenses Non-Refundable?
Unlike physical merchandise, server software licenses are digital cryptographic assets that are activated in real time:
- Instant Upstream Activation: The instant you order or renew a license, our automated backend registers and binds your server IPv4 address directly with the upstream license cluster.
- Irrevocable Upstream Costs: Costs are incurred immediately by LicenseTube at the millisecond of activation. Upstream licensing authorities do not provide credits or cancellations on issued licenses.
- Immediate Utility: Once a server runs the installation command, the server receives full functionality, updates, and software unlocks immediately.
2. No Free Trials
LicenseTube does not offer free trials or testing licenses. We strongly encourage all users and resellers to review official system requirements, OS compatibility (e.g., AlmaLinux, RockyLinux, Ubuntu, CentOS, CloudLinux), and server architecture before submitting an order.
3. Exceptions & Billing Error Credits
Refunds or wallet credits are considered strictly under the following exceptional circumstances:
Accidental Duplicate Billing
If our billing gateway accidentally debited your payment method or wallet twice for the same single license transaction within a 15-minute window.
Unresolvable Fulfillment Failure
If an unresolvable server failure on our mirror infrastructure permanently prevented license issuance, verified by our senior engineering staff.
Any claim under these exceptions must be reported to our support desk via ticket or email within 24 hours of transaction completion.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
You may toggle off automatic renewal for any active license at any time from your reseller dashboard. Toggling off auto-renewal stops subsequent monthly debits from your wallet; however, the currently active license remains functional until its scheduled expiration date with no prorated refunds.
5. IP Re-Issue & Free IP Changes
If you migrate your server to a new IPv4 or change hosts, you do not need to buy a new license! Our portal allows you to update your server IP for active licenses directly, keeping your investment intact without additional licensing fees.
