1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a reseller account, depositing funds, provisioning a software license, or utilizing any API endpoint of LicenseTube, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must cease using our portal and automated fulfillment systems immediately.
2. License Delivery, Usage & IP Binding
All server licenses distributed through LicenseTube are subject to strict technical and operational conditions:
- Licenses are provided exclusively for legitimate server environments operated by you or your verified end-clients.
- Each license is cryptographically bound to one static server IPv4 address unless explicitly sold as a multi-IP or cluster bundle.
- IP address modifications and license re-issues must be performed through the official client portal or reseller API.
- Unauthorized redistribution, license tampering, reverse engineering, cracking or sub-licensing outside our authorized reseller program is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
- Licenses must not be deployed on servers engaged in malicious activity, phishing, spamming, botnets, or illegal operations.
3. Account Security & Reseller Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, reseller API tokens, and client session tokens. All orders, IP changes, wallet deductions, or API calls executed under your credentials are deemed authorized by you. If you suspect any compromise, notify our support team immediately.
4. Pricing, Wallet & Billing
- All catalog pricing and wallet balances are denominated in USD unless specified otherwise.
- Licenses are activated automatically and instantly upon wallet deduction or successful gateway confirmation.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically subject to available wallet balance at the beginning of each billing interval.
- All digital sales and activated licenses are final and non-refundable. For full details, consult our Refund Policy.
5. Service Uptime SLA & Maintenance
Our infrastructure maintains a 99.9% availability SLA for our license distribution mirrors and automated API servers. LicenseTube is not liable for upstream vendor downtime, network interruptions in your datacenter, or unscheduled downtime caused by DDoS attacks against your infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All brand graphics, UI assets, and proprietary code on LicenseTube belong to their respective owners. Software marks including cPanel, WHM, LiteSpeed Web Server, CloudLinux OS, Imunify360, Plesk, and WHMCS are registered trademarks of their respective software vendors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LicenseTube and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of server data, business interruptions, or customer lost revenues). In all cases, our aggregate financial liability is capped at the amount paid by you for the specific affected license period.
8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in chargebacks, abuse our mirror network, or fail to adhere to vendor usage policies without prior notice.
